Early Years Foundation Stage – Understanding of the World
The educational programme for Understanding of the World, set out in the EYFS Framework, is delivered in our reception classes in line with the Extend Reception Curriculum.
Key Stage 1 and 2 – Science
We follow the national curriculum.
In key stage 1, we teach science in line with our multi-academy trust’s ‘Extend Early Curriculum’.
We follow HEP Science scheme of work in Year 3-6 which provides the foundations for understanding the world through the specific disciplines of biology, chemistry and physics.
